Somali have three fundamental options, that are consistent with democratic and consensual government, based on respect for the principles of self-determination and international law. If so, they have three fundamental option. They can agree: 

1. To re-establish a united Somali, or
2. To create a Union (or confederation) of the Somalias built upon the agreement of two or more states arising from the decomposition of the old Somalis Republic;
3. To from tow or more independent states that have no constitutional views with one another.
